Q. How many countries can support Toll Free Numbers?
A. Availability is in over 150 countries around the World.
Q. Does a number allow simultaneous calls?
A. Yes, we are often asked this. It should allow as many calls as you need but some carriers may restrict channels, certainly for IP term – always check.
Q. Are the numbers readily available?
A. Some countries can be set up very quickly where others may require more due diligence and paperwork etc to adhere to local regulations.
Q. Are different termination options available?
A. Most providers will call forward the numbers to wherever you require. Many offer IP term too.
Q. Is there a restriction to how many numbers you have?
A. No not really. Most cases you would just implement one number per country you require a presence in. But you could have one for Sales and one for Support as an example.
Q. What is the difference between individual Toll Free numbers and Universal Toll Free Numbers?
