Q. Am I able to choose what countries I need the UIFN for?
A. Yes in general you can. Normally you can choose from a list of available countries.
Q. Can the number be dialled by multiple callers from various countries at the same time?
A. Yes, it does allow simultaneous calls.
Q. How fast can a Number be implemented ready for use?
A. Leadtime’s do vary by country and provider. Our Consultants can advise you further.
Q. Can individual countries call forward to different landlines?
A. Yes, so each country can call forward as appropriate.
Q. How many Numbers can you set up?
A. As many as you want, but normally 1 number would be suffice.
Q. What is the difference between Toll Free numbers and UIFN Numbers?
A. In short, a UIFN provides multiple countries access on one number vs. Toll Free – where each country requires its own number
Q. I have seen different names for UIFN, are these all the same number type?
A. Yes, but always check with the provider just in a case. Some examples below.

• Universal Freephone Numbers
• Universal International Freephone Numbers
